"Barbara" - 5 Rounds of 4 Bodyweight Exercises (pullups, pushups, situps & squats)

"Barbara" paid us a visit during the second week of June. As you can see from the whiteboard, nearly everyone had a chance to partake in the experience.

To ensure each round could be completed quickly (for a total max WOD time of 42 minutes), we scaled aggressively and continuously throughout the WOD and we set a max time per round of 6 mins.

It was a long and tough WOD but we made it and boy did it feel good to be done!
