CCF Works Through Another Round of CFT

CrossFit Total made its second appearance at CCF this May, much to the delight of strength-gain-addicted CCFers.

Maximum weight 1-rep strict press

We see the numbers improving on personal bests and inching ever closer to the 600/1,000 gold standard. Nice work everyone!
