James and Heather work through the kettlebell & box jump WOD.

Heather and James had their target in sight. 4 X 20 KB swings and box jumps, all in under 10 minutes. Jumping up the weight on the KB swing shortened the WOD, not to mention the...uhum...lack of breaks.

As you can see, they were even in sync for part of the WOD. It was like watching synchronized swimmers.
