Last Monday's class tackles "Barbara"

Karlene, Lise, Tina, Brett and Luc tackled "Barbara" last Monday. She's a brutal WOD that includes:

  • 20 pull ups
  • 30 push ups
  • 40 sit ups
  • 50 squats
  • 3 min break before repeating

Needless to say we scaled up to fit it into a 42-minute WOD. 3-2-1...GO!
