Last Monday's class tackles "Barbara"
/Karlene, Lise, Tina, Brett and Luc tackled "Barbara" last Monday. She's a brutal WOD that includes:
- 20 pull ups
- 30 push ups
- 40 sit ups
- 50 squats
- 3 min break before repeating
Needless to say we scaled up to fit it into a 42-minute WOD. 3-2-1...GO!
