We don't think Larry appreciated a "Harder" WOD, but the trio worked through it nonetheless. Rory powered through her rounds, even helping Hélène with her muddled counting at the end. 

Oh, and who's "Diesel"? We couldn't resist introducing Rory's new nickname. She may take more time at the beginning of class, but she's deadly once she gets through the warm up.
