Larry, Brett, Tina and Rory get a rare opportunity - playing with overhead work done the previous week.

The four-strong class took full advantage of the opportunity to do a full WOD of overhead work. The team started with a good warmup on shoulder flexibility with OHS and followed it up with 10-stride OH walking lunges. Lots of core and balance work involved and everyone worked to their max. Oh, and if anyone wonders whether mods are easy, just ask Larry.
