Powerlifting anyone? How about a max bench session to preload a rapid-fire finish?

We were focused on technique and it showed. With arched backs, pushing hips up and feet into the ground, we lifted heavy!

Larry and Luc managed to PR during this WOD and many of us matched previous high loads. Not too shabby! And, there were high rep volumes during the second half, thanks to everyone's heavy work up front. 

And now for some speed at 50% of max...as many reps as possible in 90s! We delivered 25 to 45 reps in a short timeframe with few breaks, if any.
